Shri Mahavir Singh Dagur is a distinguished former IAS officer from the 1984 batch, Gujarat cadre, with decades of experience in public administration, rural development, and community welfare. A Gold Medallist in B.A. from Maharani Shri Jaya College, Bharatpur, he pursued an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Rajasthan and later completed an MBA from the University of Birmingham, U.K. Over the course of his civil service career, he held several key leadership positions, serving as Collector across multiple districts and as Secretary in various government departments, including Narmada, Social Welfare, and Home. He also played a significant role in the rehabilitation & development efforts linked to the Sardar Sarovar Project, serving for over a decade in the Narmada Department during a transformative phase of the project. Deeply connected to agriculture and rural communities at a grassroots level, Shri Dagur has consistently worked towards farmer welfare, women empowerment, and the upliftment of marginalised communities- an ethos that continues to guide the vision of Krishak Shakti.
Subodh Kumar Jain

Shri Subodh Kumar Jain, after having served as the General Manager Central Railway, he rose to the apex level of responsibility on the Indian Railways retiring from the position of Member Engineering ,Railway Board. He is a Transportation expert with more than 40 years across Engineering, Planning and Management roles within Indian Railways and its associated PSU’s. His achievements included design of Delhi Metro and various innovations in track technology. Throughout his 40 years of career, Mr. Jain has played a significant role in the successful implementation of major projects for Indian Railway and mass transit systems. Currently, Mr. Jain is Mentor to M/s Etude Services, an integrated Rail infrastructure firm in India serving National and International Clients. In addition, he teaches project management at TERI University, Delhi and Guest Lecturer at IIT, Gandhi Nagar.

Mrs. Sadhana Dagur hails from Bharapur district, Rajasthan, and has remained deeply connected to rural communities and social development throughout her life. A creative individual with a strong inclination towards art and culture, she holds an M.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Over the years, she has actively contributed to social welfare initiatives, particularly in the areas of women empowerment, child welfare, education, and community awareness. Working closely at the grassroots level, she has been involved in supporting rural women through awareness programmes, skill-building, and community engagement, while also advocating for child development and access to education. Coming from a deeply rooted agricultural background, Mrs. Dagur shares a close connection with farmers and rural life. Her continued commitment towards uplifting marginalised communities, empowering women, and supporting farming families reflects the values and vision of Krishak Shakti. As Director at Krishak Shakti, she remains dedicated to driving meaningful impact through inclusive growth, sustainable rural development, and stronger community participation.
